  Nice to meet you! I'm Soni from Korea, and I'm here to find someone to help with cleaning, laundry, and other house maintenance tasks.
  
  If accepted, I will offer you a room in the Hongdae area, with the closest station being Mangwon station (3 minutes walking distance). If you're a solo traveler, the room may be shared with another workawayer. However, if you're a couple or a group (2 persons), you will have your own room. A couple or solo traveler planning to stay in Seoul for the long term would be perfect for this position.
  
  You will have your own free time except for the hours you work. Occasionally, we can grab some food or coffee together, but I encourage independence. There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy city life around the home area, with Hongdae boasting a vibrant culture and art scene.
  
  I will share the schedule with you 2 weeks to 1 month in advance. Punctuality and a strong sense of cleaning level / responsibility towards your work are important. It would also be appreciated if you have a generous service-oriented mindset. While the main tasks will involve cleaning and laundry, occasional unexpected situations may arise. Understanding and flexibility are key in such situations.
  
  Please refrain from requesting last-minute stays, ideally 1-2 months before your arrival or less. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm requests starting 3 months or more in advance. When messaging, please include your available dates. If you're flexible, let me know which month and week would work for you.

  . Tasks include cleaning the house, doing laundry, and managing bedding (90% of the time), and occasionally helping with moving furniture or replacing bulbs, among other home maintenance tasks. Therefore, prior experience with housework and a sense of responsibility are desirable traits.

  I will prepare your own room in my house. and you might share it with another workawayer or traveller if you're solo traveler. Accommodation is offered but food are not included.

  We can go out for dinner or hang out around the city sometimes. However, you will have your own free time when you're off, so independent individuals are welcome!
  
  I'm looking for someone who can stay for 1-2 months or more. If you're planning a shorter visit, like a week, please consider contacting other hosts who may better suit your needs. (But sometimes in between long term workawayer, I need someone for short term, So you may can give a try!)
