Description
We are a family, including our three-year-old, who embarked on a journey back to our ancestral village a couple of years ago, driven by the dream of embracing an eco-friendly way of life. Nestled in a quaint village in Sikkim, India, we operate a homestay, striving to cultivate our own organic food and adhere to a sustainable and eco-conscious lifestyle. Our path leads us towards achieving zero-waste living, prompting us to continuously explore, experiment, and implement innovative ideas. Moreover, we have a deep desire to delve into the realm of natural building, and we remain enthusiastically open to the prospect of acquiring new knowledge and skills.

Help
We're in search of an experienced female home tutor for our 4-year-old. We seek someone skilled in working with preschoolers, employing activity-based, play-based, and creative teaching approaches. They should effortlessly connect with children and make learning a joyous experience. Moreover, when not teaching, we need assistance with babysitting, household chores, and supporting our homestay operations, including attending to guests , cleaning and cooking.
Upon joining us, you become an integral part of our caring family, committed to sharing, supporting, and preserving our environment while respecting each other. We welcome responsible travelers who embrace village life and are ready to adapt to rural living. We prioritize eco-conscious individuals who do not smoke cigarettes or leave trash behind. We seek those dedicated to the assigned task, not digital nomads or remote workers.Languages
